Send a photo of your pet in their Halloween costume to Edgewater Animal Hospital in Buena Vista or stop by so they can have their photo taken (there is no entry fee). The winner will be decided by how much spare change is in the jar by the pet’s picture. All proceeds benefit Rockbridge Animal Alliance.
